As Chairman of the Board, Ali Taşbaşı has led the Sir Peter Ustinov Foundation since the beginning of 2021.

A function which is a very dear to his heart. His goal: to help children in social, physical or emotional need and to enable educational equality through equal opportunities.

Previously, he had served on the Foundation Board since 2019, before being appointed to the Board of Directors.

In addition to his foundation activities, Ali Taşbaşı is the founder and managing director of a renowned corporate finance advisory firm in Frankfurt am Main. Prior to that he held management positions at leading corporate finance consultancies and has more than 20 years of experience.

He studied political science at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
